George Clooney reportedly is "fed up" with "locals and photographers" hanging out around his Italian villa, so he's planning on selling. David and Victoria Beckham are said to be first in line to buy it, according to the Daily Mail. This is what Italian papers are reporting David has told friends (per the Daily Mail):
"I have fallen in love with the beautiful countryside. It's peaceful, quiet and near Milan. It would be great for the family."
Victoria and David reportedly have visited there, since they're friends with George.
However, a Russian billionaire also supposedly wants the villa and has offered ten times the asking price (approximately $46 MILLION). Despite this offer, Italian papers are saying David's negotiations are at an "advanced" stage and he was "favorite to snap up the property."
If this is all true, then George and David must be REALLY good friends for George to be ready to turn down $46 million. Or David REALLY wants that property to match the offer- LOL.
